FCF - The filter is designed for large amounts of fibrous particulate in cooperation with leading manufacturers of personal care products, for optimum accessibility in processes with extremely high demands for negative pressure and with high particulate content in the gases.
For large amounts of fibrous particulate
The patented cleaning system with a variable speed rotor distributes the clean air so evenly that pressure fluctuations backward in the duct system and the process is avoided. In combination with a frequency converter for both the fan and the main fan, a steady negative pressure kept in the process, regardless of how many connections or production lines that opened / closed or start / stop. The construction has been designed to meet today's requirements for safety and accessibility.
The filter is dimensioned for the over / negative pressure of 6,000 Pa. The filter is prepared for heating and insulation.
Constant negative pressure
The heart of the filter is the cleaning rotor that distributes air to the various baghouse filter in the top. Both the rotor and the fan are controlled by frequency converters. The patented cleaning system distributes the air so evenly that pressure fluctuations backward in the duct system and the process is avoided. In combination with the frequency for both the fan and the main fan, a steady negative pressure kept in the process, regardless of how many connections or production lines that opened / closed or start / stop.
Reducing energy consumption
The purified air can be collected from the outlet of the filter to save the indoor air, and energy. The construction, with its unique positioning of the tubing, ensures perfect air dynamics, which also uses the filter surface to the maximum. By using a new type of filter holder, we can reduce pressure resistance by about 25%. This means that you can increase the load to the filter compared to conventional bag filters while energy consumption is reduced.
Customized control system
A customized PLCs (Programmable control system) allows for seamless communication between the filter unit, material handling unit and each production process. This enables each production unit to better shape and controll product proporties, streamline recycling systems and improve waste management
